Getting To Know Savannah (holiday decor)

Not having enough time is one of our biggest problems when we travel! You wish you could see this…you wish you could see that…you wish you could see it all, but what if you only have a couple hours to be a tourist? Well, that’s exactly what happened to us when we visited Savannah, Georgia! We were in a historical city filled to the brim with picturesque sites that were calling our name and had little time to do it all, so we figured that a great way to see and experience the best of this city without dealing with crowds and traffic was to visit the prettiest street and explore! Now we did a quick Internet search and found that Jones Street in Savannah was voted to be one of the most beautiful streets in North America by Southern Living Magazine…and we have to say they were right! Just walking down the peaceful tree lined street featuring breathtaking architecture definitely made us feel like we were experiencing works of art. From the dramatic staircases to the ornate doorways to the natural elements growing on the side of the buildings, it all was just so wonderfully perfect! So if you’re crunched on time when traveling, why not just go find someplace pretty to experience?
