Playing With Rocks (mid boulder)

We love living in downtown Austin, but sometimes we need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city which means we often flock to one of our favorite places to escape…Enchanted Rock! Just a short road trip away from Austin, this place is what we consider nature perfection. The dramatic rocky environment is just so gorgeous…it truly takes our breath away every time we see it! Now for this little adventure which we were mainly there to just relax and not hike too much, I decided to wear this beautiful cropped jumpsuit by Zara not only because it’s really super easy to wear and is practically wrinkle free, but also because the pattern of the fabric reminded me of the amazing colors of the rocks. I paired the jumpsuit with the Essential Lace Bandeau by Free People in a gorgeous terra cotta color. I really do love how the criss-cross straps discretly reveal themselves in the back. Also my feet loved me on this trip because I chose to wear the comfy Aberiwen Boat Shoes by Aldo which has super soft leather that I couldn’t resist when I spotted them on one of my frequent visits to DSW. I seriously think I have a bit of an addiction to that store…at least my husband thinks so! Overall, this outfit worked out perfectly from the drive to sitting on the rocks watching the sunset…I can definitely say that jumpsuits are now one of my favorite road trip looks!
